Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Bintang Maju Commercial Sdn Bhd purchase, you may return within the first 7 days of receiving the parcel. *T&C Apply

 

Returns 7 days from date received will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling and insurance cost related to returning the item.

 

All returns must be in their original condition, unused and untampered and accompanied with the original packaging including all original accessories and/or FOC items which accompanied by the original shipment.

Returns for Samsung mobiles & tablets must be sealed, unused and untampered and is accompanied with the original packaging including all original accessories and/or FOC items which accompanied by the original shipment.

 

Buyer must notify us of the returned items, along with a tracking number, order number & invoice number.

 

Damage claims depends on the damage during delivery. One to one exchange only applicable to total loss damage. Other than that, item will be repaired by the respective Manufacturer.

 

We will only refund the product cost. Shipping & insurance fee and handling fee is excluded from refund.

 

Our management reserves the right not to provide you a refund or exchange if any of the conditions is not met.

 

Software issue are not entitled for exchange.
